Payment will be split into two installments: the first 50% at the beginning of the project and non-refundable, and the other 50% at the finalization of the project. After the last payment is confirmed, you will receive the final files.

7. Refunds and returns

We take your investment seriously, and we'd appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously too. Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given. If you are not pleased with the outcome of the project and don't want to continue with it, you may do so and not pay the last 50%. However, you will not receive the final files and you will not have any right over any of the products/designs created during the project.

8. Termination

If at any time we feel you have violated these terms and conditions, then we will immediately terminate your use of our website and any related communications as we deem appropriate. It is within our sole discretion to allow any user's access of our website, and we may revoke this access at any time without notice, and if necessary, block your IP address from further visits to our site.
